I reached out to the company and had a casual 10 minute phone call with the department head before being invited to a first round interview. It was a very regular interview with a Senior Management Consultant about background, motivation, CV and a guesstimate. Apart from the interviewer seemingly not having looked at my CV before and a delayed response time, everyone was very kind, polite, and professional.

Not a great impression as the interviewers seemed rather unengaged. The day consisted of case interview, guesstimate and a personality interview. In the breaks in between, the interviewers were all working on their computers rather than talking to me
