pretty low key met with a ton of people gave a talk and discussed research and talked about where I see myself. They have a ton of opportunities to go into management. took a tour of the manufacturing plant, had lunch with a lot of the managers.

There was 2 rounds of interview and they were all virtual. 1st round: hr screening call 30 min. 2nd round: interviewing with 6 hiring managers and 30 min each. Waited 2 weeks to finalize offer.
