I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics (Miami, FL) in Feb 2013
Interview
It took a ridiculously long time to get the interview through the outsourced company mainly because one hand didn't know what the other was doing, but also some incompetence. Once scheduled though, the interview was well organized and thought out. Included a good tour and time to meet and talk to others in the department. After being offered the job, the ridiculous hiring process took another 6 weeks! Outsourcing doesn't work well for Beckman Coulter.
