I applied online and then had a fairly thorough phone interview with one of the managers. After that I came to the store, had a quick tour and then an in-person interview in the back office. Finally had a paid test shift full day.

Interview
A group interview where we talked about our problem-solving skills, customer service abilities, and overall interest in food. Also, they have you memorize the PLU's for all the produce items and then take a quiz.
