Get a call to meet up in the following week: meet with HR, Potential Supervisor, Potential Coworkers, Upper Management. HR asks general questions about fit, personality, and past experience. The potential supervisor is more interested in past experience and knowledge of the position that one is applying for. The coworkers fill in the gaps by accessing fit with the team dynamics and ability to deal with nuances with the job position. The upper management wants to know the long term availability of the candidate and judges your decision-making and knowledge through discussing past experience in much more detail. After all of this, generally Biolegend makes a decision within 2 weeks, sometimes even less.
