      Senior Account Executive Interview

      9 Oct 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Denver, CO
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Birdeye (Denver, CO) in Aug 2017

      Interview

Interview process was part of the reason I took this job. One of the most frustrating things is when companies do not move with the type of urgency I hold myself to. This includes the hiring process. Hiring top talent should be the single most important priority of any company, ESPECIALLY a high growth start up like BirdEye. Ryan Galitz was the corporate recruiter when I was interviewing and he is extremely professional, followed up with me every step of the way, and made sure I had everything I needed to be successful (The guy even got me a cup of coffee and water bottle when I came in for the interview, WHO ELSE DOES THAT?!)
