Birmingham City Council interview questions

10 minute presentation followed that was pre planned a week in advance followed by 7 questions and the chance to ask own questions. The presentation was timed and they didn't ask any questions specific to the presentation after. I also didn't receive feedback after the decision.

Very overwhelming taking account the salary and expectations for the role. The panel seemed disinterested and not welcoming. The is limited flexible working and they choose what they what outside the policy
