Interview
The interview revolved generally around my CV, and I had the opportunity to share my "war stories". This lead to an offer. Unfortunately, the offer did not reflect the outcome of the interview, my skills, experience, or the level of responsibility of the position. They were not willing or able to provide the clarifications I requested, and then realized they were not trying to fill the position they were advertising. Overall, it was pretty disappointing to be given an offer, then lead along with unclear or inadequate responses to very clear and direct questions.

Interview
There was an initial recruiter phone screen that was about 30 mins long. Then there was a panel interview with the hiring manager and future team members. Interview questions were mostly geared towards leadership and a few technical questions

I had a phone call from a recruiter then a one hour virtual panel interview with a hiring manager and project manager. Asked general questions about work history and project related details. Said they would follow up the next week.
