Very disorganized interview processes. I didn't get a welcoming vibe from the people I was interviewing with. I also got contradictory salary information from the recruiter vs. the person I'd working under.

Disorganized, I'm glad it didn't go well, it shows the culture of the company. Very disrespectful throughout the process by not communicating well, you're not a Google. If you want great talent and brand depiction treat all that go through process fairly with respect. You don't own people who apply for a position and lead them on and ghost them. Grow up and improve your recruitment.
