Pretty easy; we just talked about my prior experience as an editorial assistant, why I loved Bleach and how I'd go about the role. However, it was clear that they wanted someone more adlandy/PR for the role, which I'm not.

They made us do a task where we had to rebrand their now-discontinued Blorange hair dye. I positioned it as a mango-coloured dye and renamed it "Dump Him", to help let the man go.
