My interview was quick, informative, and very sincere. The manager was welcoming and you could tell she manages a good group of people. The pay was not competitive at all so the opportunity didn’t last long.

It was very casual. Short. More of a conversation. You meet with the salon manager. Then have a conversation with the owner. The training process is like a trial as well.
