I do not recommend even trying to talk to Bloom Energy, their treatment of candidates is abysmal. I applied online and reached out directly to the senior leader of the group via LinkedIn. i was very happy when I received a response in less than 12 hours that someone from their recruiting team would be contacting me for a call. Within hours of that message a recruiter did contact me to set up a call that same day! Wow, I was impressed, too good to be true, and it was!. I confirmed the time with the recruiter, no call. The call was rescheduled a few days later (no apology from the recruiter) again no call. I emailed the recruiter with new availability, and was given another date and time for a call (again no apology for missing 2 calls), that day and time came and went, no call, nothing from the recruiter. I contacted the senior leader whom originally I received the message from to let them know of the 3 missed calls. No apology from them either, other than they get a great deal of messages and just reply and forward on. I was advised the recruiting team had not yet looked at resumes for the position, would not be for a bit and then "if appropriate" would contact me. I replied then why did the recruiter set up 3 calls and never bother to make the call, I just received a message without an apology for missing the calls. They best realize we candidates clear our calendars and wait for the calls, the least they could do if they have no intention of calling is to either not set up a call or apologize. Very ineffective leadership
