First round was questions on plum. Second was video interview. I was then invited to a global data assessment day. This began with a multiple choice test, followed by a debate about elf driving cars (one team for and one against). Then we had a task where we had to optimise a process infront of 2 recruiters

Question 1
How would you improve this business process to make the data cleaning more efficient?
Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.
Did one interview I thought it went well but I was rejected at the first stage. Asked for feedback they said they choosed somebody already in the department.
Waste of time.
