The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boeing (Renton, WA) in Jan 2011
Interview
It was horrible they start by giving you a proprietary statement and dive into the questions, STAR method
Tell me a time where you had to work with someone from a different culture or background? Tell me a time when you had to work with a difficult person , how did you handle it? Questions like that. It was like 25 mins and no time to spare asking me to describe myself , they interviewed off my resume. I did not like it at all although benefits are amazing. After their questions they ask you if you have any, they will definitely cut you off if 25 mins are up because they have another one right after , also you can not change your interview time or date if they scheduled and notified you via email soo you better skip class

We had a series of virtual interviews following us meeting at my schools career fair. It had my full focus but wasn’t a hard interview. The people from Boeings HR team were very helpful indeed.
