Boeing Interview Questions

Easy question and answer interview, in person but there was no follow up and no notification of decision after the interview was conducted even though I was told I would be getting some sort of feedback

Two part interview First was an HR-led STAR based interview Second was an onsite interview with the hiring manager. The second interview was more focused on past experience rather than any specific questions/whiteboard style questions.

There is a panel with various skill sets. The questions review how you work on teams and the technical background you have. They tend to be more on the generic side.

Interview used the STAR method. Panel of three people from different divisions were present and took turns asking questions and follow up questions. Interview took about forty-five minutes to an hour via web conference.

Phone interview with two members of the team that I was interviewing with. Asked general questions about my experience and questions surrounding the current role applied for. Overall, it was like any other interview.

Slow hiring process, although this could be because of all of the new hires currently being processed. All but one of the interview questions were in the STAR format. Not a lot of technical knowledge was asked.

It was a four person panel interview conducted over the telephone. Each panelist asked one specific question and the expectation was for me to utilize the STAR method to describe skills and previous experience.

Quick phone call with recruiter then longer phone interview after. The recruiter was very friendly and made it easy to set up the later phone interview with two employees in similar positions to the one you applied for.

Interview wasn’t too hard. They asked some behavioral questions and then the latter part became a technical interview. Study up on your fundamentals and you should be good to go.

The process can be pretty long but its worth the while if you are sure this is the job for you. First there is a phone screening, then it will be a second interview which is narrowed down between 4 possible candidates. If you are chosen you will recieve an offer within a week or so.
