Boult Wade Tennant interview questions

I had a 15 minute HR interview with their head of graduate recruitment. It was all quite standard and I thought it went very well. Got told I would hear back within a week and despite several chaser emails (all of which were ignored) I was rejected 3.5 months later. Great company but it is not a big ask to reply and say 'we are still deciding' rather than completely blanking me after they gave such a short turn around time

First stage concisted of a 30 minute video call with a HR manager. Friendly process with standard questions around motivation and skills required in the role. Very dissapointing feedback process, though. The interview seemed to go well, but my follow up emails went unanswered for over two months, and no feedback was provided. Eventually they sent a standard rejection email.
