Interview
1. Pre-recorded interview
Pre-recorded interview with 5 questions to answer- beware of timing as I ran out of time for one of the questions
2. 3 rounds of G Hangout Interviews
Met with recruiting coordinator, recruiting manager, and a recruiter on Skype- behavioral questions focused on your experiences and why Box
3. 3 rounds of on-site interviews
Met with recruiting coordinators, recruiter, director. Had lunch with the team and a brief tour of the campus. The campus was very impressive and the culture seemed fun. Work environment was great even though desks were crowded.
I thought the interviewers were all very nice and gave positive feedbacks to your questions.
The process was smooth, but recruiter not very responsive. Interviews were scheduled in long intervals (2 weeks) in between and usually emails/communications not delivered in the appropriate time frame. I have been through a lot of interviews in the past and all of them have gotten back to me whether I have moved forward or not.
I followed up twice after the on-site interview and it has been two weeks without a response, even though recruiter said she would follow up within 2 days of the final round.

Interview
I applied online. The recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen was very casual, he did not really ask me about my background or anything related to the position. I received an email (calendar invite) next day for scheduling phone interview with the manager. I picked a few time slots and submitted my request. I never received a confirmation so I followed up with the recruiter and he never wrote me back. I would not want to work for a company that treats candidate this way. I felt very insulted. This company really need to improve recruiting process and provide professional training to rude and immature recruiters.

Interview
It was pleasant and well structured in the beginning but then got completely dissolved. Had couple of calls and feedback in between but no follow up after even though there was meant to be a third round. It would have been helpful if they provided a constructive feedback after.
