Step 1. Interview with Recruiter. The first interview was with the Recruiter. It went pretty well and super quickly. Firstly I told about my experience. After that the recruiter told me more about the company and asked my questions. We also discussed the main points regarding my expectations for the position and salary. Step 2. Interview with Hiring Manager. On that step Hiring Manager dig in to my Product Design experience, including cooperation with the business stakeholders and product people, collecting their requirements, my user empathy, the way of testing of my designs and cooperation with engineering. Step 3. 45 min Product Presentation. For 30 min I presented 2 of my last projects to my future team members. After that the team asked me questions for 15 min. Step 4. Five follow-up conversations ( in general 2 h 30 min). I had 5 small interviews (30 minutes each) with each member of the team. The interviews focused on 5 main topics: Design Strategy, Communication and Collaboration, Design Excellence, Product Partnership, Engineering Partnership.

The most annoying recruiter screening, the one that you want to end right away. The recruiter didn't introduce either herself or the company. She jumped into her checklist questions straight away after the greetings. Showing how much she doesn't care about my answers and my candidacy all the way.
