HR was late to both initial phone screenings. Completely unprofessional and speaks highly on what the internal startup culture there is like. When scheduling at least follow through. This seems to be a growing problem with a lot of startups.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
NA- The interview couldn't even be conducted because of the lateness
Haphazard, too long, and dishonest.
I raised concerns which were brushed off and those concerns proved valid.
Nice people. But, very disappointing experience. They do not represent the reality of the company. They act like a startup. But, they are bureaucratic and inconsistent.
I applied online. I interviewed at Brandfolder (Denver, CO) in Feb 2019
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, setup a phone screen, and I was invited to an in-person interview at the office. I met with someone on sales and 2 people in management. The interview with the management interview was set up as a panel [this was not communicated to me beforehand], and to be honest one of the interviewers couldn't have appeared less enthused to sit in on the interview. He mostly was watching his dog walking around outside the office door and didn't seem to pay attention to my answers for the most part.
