I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Burberry in Sept 2022
Interview
Got contacted by HR first and later by the manager. HR suggested to read more about the brand itself. It's important to match their company culture, felt like a "family". My skills didn't match exactly the job profile.

Questions were reasonable "where do you see yourself in 5 years?".
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Burberry in May 2024
Interview
I've been in the industry for over ten years and never experienced a more unprofessional experience. Little to no communication between interviews. Lack of organisation with talent team. Ended up putting me in for an interview I wasn't even meant to be in!

Question 1
Typical questions: past experience, what's important to me and my future career goals
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Burberry (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Straight forward and professional. Felt comfortable throughout. HR were quick to respond to questions and let me know about future rounds etc. One round was a HR screen, then more informal chat with hiring manager and then a detailed skills based interview
Extremely long process over 10 weeks. Had 3 online interviews and then was told feedback was positive multiple times when I chased for updates but was eventually rejected 6 weeks later.
