Call with a company recruiter who explained the position and asked me some preliminary questions to determine if the position was a good fit for my skills as well as if I would be interested in the open opportunity. 2. Call with recruiter to schedule an in-person interview. 3. In-person interview with hiring manager and supervisor of the position (approx. 1 hour) 4. Within a week, I received a call with a verbal offer (pending background check) 5. Written offer letter was sent for review and signed upon passing background check. The whole process took about 2 weeks.
