The interview process with Capreit was not enjoyable. It was short, impersonal and lacked punctuality. Phone screening followed by no correspondence for over two weeks - not worth it, look elsewhere.

The interview was smooth and welcoming. It was professionally done. The questions were basically with regard to customer service and more over it was situational based. The OM and property manager were nice and friendly in nature.
