First step is not even talking to a human, they send you a coding challenge which they ask to not spend more than 8 (!!) hours working on it. The task is to build an API with a defined endpoint path and action. You have a week long deadline from the moment they sent the email, so they're not even coordinating with you a suitable time. I asked for another week extension and got it. I submitted the task and got no response. A week later I'm asking if they got it, they reply "oh yes, sorry for late reply, we're checking it". 10 days later (!!) I'm asking again for the status and then they reply with "sorry for late reply" and that they didn't like the project so bye bye. No feedback. Asked for a feedback and got, as usual, no response. Such disrespectful process and disorganised recruitment team. I definitely do not recommend.
