CG Infinity Software Manager interview questions

Very good small company of about 150 employees. First round of the interview was a meeting with the VP of Business Development at Starbucks. This was followed by an onsite invite for a meeting with the President of the company. During these interviews they asked a lot of questions regarding my past projects, what were the roadblocks, and how I solved those. After that I was asked to come onsite again the next day to meet with three other people: the VP of Engineering, the Founder, and the Staff Engineer. Technical discussions centered around embedded applications and real-time operating systems. The next day I was given am offer.
