Had to go through a 5 level interview process, both face to face and over the phone. I would rate the difficulty level at moderate. Interview did not take place as per the scheduled time, had to wait for an hour or so. There was a long delay of 2-3 weeks from the time of confirmation to offer release date, can leave one to be anxious.
