Received a phone call from a recruiter working for CHA group of companies. Recruiter reviewed my resume but somehow remained unaware that I was an out of state applicant. He kept the conversation short and did not allow me to elaborate much. Towards the end of the conversation he informed me that they are looking for a candidate right away and since I am ready to start ASAP he would talk to his hiring manager about me specifically. I never heard back from the recruiter ever again and even left voicemails that were never returned.
