The entire process probably took about 1.5 months. I put in my application the last day the posting was up.
I knew someone who worked here so I came to visit her and while I was here I turned in an in-person application to who my supervisor would be if I were to get the job.
I was taken in that day, since they had the time in their schedule, to do my first interview.
A few days later I was contacted by the Talent Aquisition team and given assignments to test my writing, grammar, and marketing skills. I was given 3 days to complete it. After turning it in I was told I would hear back for next steps.
About a week later I was given the update that they were still determining the next steps. A week later I was called into a group interview. It was a 2-hour interview. The first hour had me with a person who was in my department and the other was someone who I would be working alongside often. The second hour was the same but with two different people.
The questions were creative and fun to answer - I would describe these as the questions they used to determine if I was a culture fit.
I would describe the 'harder questions' as questions about previous employment and situational hypotheticals.
