The owner is extremely rude and sexist. He called me "cute" when we were alone together and repeatedly told me that I was "worthless" and "useless" to the company as I was new to the construction/roofing industry, but not new to admin (5+ years of experience). He stated that he did not have time to train me, therefore his "return on investment" would be lacking. Overall nasty demeanor, began listing expectations that were not listed on the job ad (10+ hours a week overtime, degrees required, etc). Told me to go ask my husband if I could work there for less money. Asked questions and kept cutting me off as I answered. Really felt as if he was not listening to a word I said. I could not leave fast enough.
