I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CROSSMARK (Plano, TX) in Jan 2014
Interview
When applying, there is no way to contact anyone to follow up on an application or to check on the status of your application. The only way is to check their online portal.
The interview process can vary. Sometimes its by phone, sometimes by Skype, sometimes in person. It depends on your situation. They have a script they need to follow when interviewing, unique to each position. They select "Greatly Meets, Meets, or Does Not Meet" based on your response to each question.
The on-boarding process is standard. I-9, online forms, drug test, background check, etc.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CROSSMARK (Yorktown Heights, NY) in Mar 2014

Took a little long for me everything was on electronically. But it relieved the nerves because the interviewer couldn't see me. Onboarding process is the part that takes the longest you must get that paperwork in by a certain date and all the training was definitely great at home.
