CSC recruiter called me. 1st phone was a screening. 2nd was a group panel. I was able to meet with the hiring manager, supervisor, and helpdesk training manager.

Was a super easy hiring process. if you know your stuff about customer service your in.
Recuruiting will call and go over what you need to say and how to dress, yes some people have no idea how to present themselves for an interview.

Interview
I interviewed with a Supervisor at CSC, John Baker Jr and the interaction with him was very positive. Walking through the call center was a little depressing, because no one in the place seemed happy and John even described a couple of CSRs who had outbursts on the phone. They had hired some less than desirable people in previous training classes. He was very upbeat and friendly. He was impressed with my background and let me know immediately that he was going to let the agency know that he wanted to bring me on board.
