1st phone interview consisted of weeding and screening fit. Got immediate feedback then on to the on-site interview with the recruiter. rought back to meet the other management staff. Very positive tone, would have taken this job if not for a better offer in terms of overall compensation.

It was very pleasant. I wound up liking the manager a lot & we chatted for over 3 hours. I was hired immediately after about 20 minutes into the conversation.

The interview was quick. Not so many questions. Just the basics. The manager was nice. I have no experience in supervisor but she loved my personality. So waiting for an answer now.

The interview process was straight forward. They ask you situational questions such as "if you get an angry customer how do you handle it?" They want to hear you go the extra mile pretty much. They also ask why you chose CVS over others and you just simply relate to the mission and vision statements.
