Was pretty simple. One interview discussing past work experience. They also had some scenario questions. It was a few people interviewing me and they showed that they liked my answers.

There was an initial phone screening before a virtual interview with a panel. They asked me about my previous experiences working within human services, what I was hoping to learn, future career goals, how I handle crisis situations, etc.
