The whole process went on for over a month, 4 interviews with 1 person, plus additional “conversations”. I told them about myself and my career four times over in the end. If they had interviewed me as a pair, that would have been a quicker process resulting in just a couple of interviews. Ran out of steam with it all really. Looked like I was going to get an offer, then it was withdrawn when I raised a concern with something. A lot of energy wasted on this one. They also require you to pass an “intelligence” test that is extremely passable if you hours to practice at it.

The bots and IA they use to select candidates discards good candidates. One of the worst experiences I have trying to enter in a company where I met 90% of the requirements.
Quite pleasant it was great meeting people in the company. Long and a lot to do but I can understand why.
As for everything you can prepare yourself if you really truly care about joining the company. Though this is just my experience.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Canonical (Emeabiam) in Nov 2024

lengthy, exhaustive and ended up being a waste of time (25 hours or so). Had gone through psychometrics and 5 interviews and then suddenly- sorry - no longer going through with your application - NO feedback why.
