Interview
Through Zoom, given a coding problem to solve, and then asked about projects I had detailed in my resume. Pretty straight forward, just study algorithms, and will take about an hour.

I had an interview with the recruiter. She was very nice and welcoming. Asked me about my experience and projects relevant to job description. Had some scheduling issues though. Overall good experience.
Several video calls, 1 technical and 2 social to determine fit. All calls were 1-1, polite and interviewers were knowledgeable. Discussion centered around culture at CapTech and basic knowledge of technical skills for a college hire.

Had a initital phone call interview with the company where they asked me a bunch of questions. After that i heard back a week later saying i was no longer jn the running to the positions that I interviewed for
