Coding assignment, Technical, and behavior interview. Not difficult if you prepare. For the techinical interview, they send you a website so you can review the material there. They ask you about your technical projects. Very chill interviewer.

Question 1
Describe the 4 Object Oritented programming concepts
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview process started off with just an email back from the recruiter with a link to some technical questions to answer. The questions were a little of a challenge, but overall fun to complete as their solutions required outside of the box thinking.
Afterwards you are given a phone interview with the recruiter that seemed to me to get a gauge of your personality.
The recruiter then emailed me a few pages of a PDF with a project to complete to show an interviewer in a Skype meeting. I was given 7 days to complete this, and the project was actually quite difficult to complete, and I didn't fully finish it.
The interviewer asked me some questions about how/why I did certain things in the project, and then moved onto some more general questions to gauge my technical ability. Overall not a bad interview process.

Question 1
Can you describe the difference between Polymorphism and Inheritance?
What are the pros and cons of using Custom Of The Shelf (COTS) vs Bespoke (custom made) development of an application? What is your recommendation and why?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini in Jul 2021
Interview
First an assessment with simple aptitude questions and a coding section. Pretty easy if you know your stuff. Next is a technical & behavioral interview. Technical stuff is OOP related and going over any project you choose as well as a small, simple whiteboard/coding section. Behavioral is just your standard stuff. My interviewer was about an hour or so late, but to be fair, my interview was on a Saturday since I worked full time. Overall a pretty fun interview process.

Question 1
Basics of OOP, Java, Python, and my projects/experience
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2021
Interview
First part is a fairly easy online take home exam, half IQ/OOP questions, other half programming. Second half was an interview over Microsoft Teams. The live interview was a complete mess, felt really disorganized, and the interviewer just wanted to get it over with. Crammed what was meant to be an hour long interview into 20 minutes.
