They are desperate for employees so as long as you don't steal you are good to go. All they care about is that you can sale so be prepared to sell the some random office like a stapler. Remember you are the face of the bank so be presentable. Take out your many piercings, cover your tatoos and be prepared to well dress clothes and closed toed shoes. Anything that goes between the toes is not allowed.

Asked basic pre employment history, where I saw myself years from then . how I handled customer problems . how mich cash handling customer experience you have etc.great bank to gain experience
It was just basic personal questions. I applied online and they called me for interview after 1 week. The process took 2 weeks to complete. Training takes about 2 weeks in online class before they put you on the teller line.
