      ICG Operations Management Program Interview

      26 Nov 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at Capital One

      Interview

The interview was somewhat intense in so far as the set-up. It was very different than any other interview. It was a case study with specific numbers and there is a right answer. Be confident and communicate your thought process. Even though I did get the "right answer," I was out of my league (many of the other interviewees had master's degrees and I do not) and just generally awkward. Leaving the interview, I knew I was not getting an offer. Everyone I met was very cordial, and the process was not too painful.
