It was a an easy decision I had ten prior years of marketing experience in running fundraising programs and in Program creation and Cause Brand Awareness. The interview was amazing they had the right Cause and potion of greatness they just needed to have a way to tell everyone about it and that is where I touched their mission and subsequently got the job.
