LeetCode easy type problem, and a great design session. I would say that it was relatively easy if you've practiced. Do note that Care expects knowledge of the tech in the domain you will work in, so some questions are more specific than you may be used to.

Initial screening with the recruiter.
Small technical with engineering manager.
System Design with manager and software lead.
Final interview with director of engineering.
Overall process took 3 weeks. Shane was great to work with and super responsive.
