Interview
Applied on indeed.com. I was called for a phone interview which was a summery of my job history. I was asked for a 2nd interview in the Spartanburg store. There we went over office hours and exactly what my job would be. It took almost 2 weeks for everything to be complete including background check and drug test.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Carolina Title Loans (Dillon, SC) in Mar 2017
Interview
Interview was short and sweet not to much of description of the company. Was egger to hire and i was looking for proper training but didnt receive it. I was suppose to do a 14 week train but did not receive it right then . Also i also had to train other that came after me.
