I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Carta (Berrydale, WA) in May 2019
Interview
The most unprofessional, uncomfortable and unorganized interview I have ever been to. 5 different interview with 5 different people, one after another, 30 minutes each. Spent majority of the time waiting by myself. Last two interviewers apparently had “meetings” and the interview was cut short. I left thanking the gods it was over and thinking how unprofessional this company handle things. One interviewer was snotty and act as if I was wasting her precious time.
I agree with some of the other reviews, this company seems to only hire young, white male with no diversity.
Be prepared to waste 2.5 hours of your life!
For heaven sake, just do a 5 person panel interview and ask all your questions in one setting. Nobody has time for your ridiculous mind games and BS questions!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Carta (Salt Lake City, UT) in Nov 2017
Interview
It was very simple and easy. Phone interview, and then 3 in person interviews. However, they made an offer that was currently 25% less than what I currently made. They were unwilling to budge at all on salary.
