Interview
The interview was conducted online via Microsoft Teams. I was selected to interview from my college's career fair. Both of the interviewers had their cameras off which made me feel uncomfortable. They were also 15 minutes late for the interview. They asked generic, non-technical questions.

Q: When was a time you faced conflict on a group project and how did you handle it?
Interview was of only 1 round but before that 2 online assesment rounds were condcuted. first had logical reasoning, and cs fundamentals, along with html5 and javascript. 2nd round had 2 DSA questions. In the interview they asked only projects for me.

What is the one thing you have done till now of which you are proud?
Caterpillar uses the STAR, situation, task, action, result question answer format. You may be asked to share examples of what you have done, but I haven't heard of anyone getting a test on software development.
The STAR answers you give should highlight your capabilities. Remember to give results, and talk about what you did
