An online process where I was given time to prepare and record depending on how ready I was for each question. I was able to complete practice questions as well before the final interview and also look over all my answers at the end and if unhappy, I was able to do my answers again
The recruiter rescheduled the initial screening call twice and canceled 15 minutes before my second phone interview due to "restructuring the role." I never heard back after that, but the process seemed very disorganized.

Started off by introducing themselves, the role and company. Asked me behavioral questions about my experiences. At the end, they asked if I had any questions for them. Very conversational.
