It was a telephone interview. The interviewer started off introducing what the interview will compose of, followed by a string of motivation questions which test how much research I have done about Centrica. Then it moved on to fairly standard competency based questions including tell me a time when you had to work with a stranger.

After a few numerical tests I got the assessment centre which had 3 parts. One was behavioural questions, then analysing data followed by presentation, and the last part was group exercise. I found the analysis challenging as we’ve been given little time

Why this role, how many people do you think work for centrica
Very standard process, call with recruiter and followed by line managers, standard process and procedures. Questions were alright. Nothing out of the norm, interviewer tested on understanding of the markets.
