Typical interview process. There are usually 3-5 candidates chosen for the interview process. Phone screen with HR followed by phone screen with Hiring Manager. Followed by on-site interview if Hiring Manager deems applicable. On-site interview consists of one-on-one with Hiring Manager (about 30-60 minutes) followed by a group interview with the group members you will be working with (generally 2-3 people in the interview) and generally last 30 minutes. You will also interview with the Lab Director and with the HR rep. Approximately 30 minutes with each.
