Had one interview and then totally ghosted. Never heard a thing back which is weird and unprofessional in this job market. Even an automated email would have been nice. They reached out to me through a recruiter, so this was even more rude.

Strangest questions that were not related to the job or my experience.
Asked if I had any questions in the beginning. Asked to Describe myself. Asked why I left last company (as if 367,000+ workers hadn't been laid off in the last 18 months & barely any new jobs created)... Next step would've been 2nd Interview with the Compliance Dept Hiring Manager, then to complete a Case Study (free labor) to evaluate fit

VERY intense , 2 rounds on zoom if you make it to the 3rd you have to do a case study. Case study is hard work. Then you present the case study to your peers.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Charlie Health

Completed two interviews, one of which was a presentation in front of a panel. References were called and were told I had the position in the bag. Communication from that point on was almost non existent until I followed up a couple weeks later, and was given vague answers. Found out on LinkedIn not long after that the position had been filled by someone else. Very unprofessional communication and lack and transparency.
