I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Charlie Health in May 2022
Interview
I met with two employees and we went through the hiring process from start to finish. The interview started with one employee pretending to be the hiring manager. After I asked some questions about the job they wanted me to recruit for, I sourced a few candidates. I then pretended to interview the candidate for the position.

Question 1
Where would you look for candidates if I didn’t have tools like LinkedIn or Indeed.
Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. If you are able to reach out to the recruiter you were working with on this application, we'd love to debrief for the purposes of improving our process. We are always striving to improve!

initial video call, then you have to take an assessment that has nothing to do with recruiting and took almost 2 hours. I then was moved to the next round where the person that interviewed me asked bizzare questions. i kept being asked if i had questions i wanted her to ask about my resume..
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me we had a phone screen. Then they send you a matching test. If you pass they send you additional screening questions. If approved to move forward you speak with a recruiting lead who will be late to the meeting and seem disinterested in the conversation that just rapid fires questions at you. If you move forward you complete a sourcing exercise. Whole process felt like they were just trying to hit their metrics which isn’t surprising as the team sounds like they’re very “metrics driven”.
