The interview process was extremely frustrating and disorganized. Communication from the recruiter was painfully slow—I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. Eventually, I was scheduled for a conversation with the "hiring manager," but when I joined the call, I realized it wasn’t the person listed on the invite, and it wasn’t the actual hiring manager for the role. There was no heads-up or explanation for the switch.
After the call, I followed up with the recruiter again to get clarity and next steps. She finally replied ( a week later) saying she would connect with the actual hiring manager and get back to me—but I never heard from her again. No closure, no follow-up, nothing.
Overall, the lack of communication, internal confusion, and ghosting reflects really poorly on the company and the recruiting team supporting this role. It left me with a negative impression of their organization and culture. Definitely reconsidering any future interest in roles here.
