It took about 2 hours. The hire manager will talk with you about the culture and salary of the company at first. After lunch, three directors will ask you about your background, research experience and professional knowledge to see what you can do to the company. After those questions they want me to ask the question about the company. So I ask the welfare, the future plan and the promotion system in the company .

Interviewed with manager, nice interviewer, more like chatting other than serious interview. Mostly asking about past experience, what did you do to help those job add value. They're in short of engineer, basically if everything goes well, you can get an offer right after interview
