Child & Family interview questions

I had went to a job fair and applied, they called me shortly after and scheduled an interview. I showed up and the person I was to interview with wasn't their so they had a young woman interview me. I asked them straight up if this was a place where I could earn a living and start a career I was assured yes and that raises happen and told stories of people getting raises after six months but later found out it was all exaggerated non-sense.
